World's first medical treatise on endocrinology: Romanian doctors
BUCHAREST, Romania -- In 1909, Romanian neuropsychiatrist, endocrinologist Dr. Constantin Ion Parhon, MD, co-authored with Dr. Moise Goldstein, MD, the world's first book on endocrinology, Secrețiile Interne ("Internal Secretions"), which sets the world record for being the World's first medical treatise on endocrinology, according to the Academy Of World Records.
